Samia Saskia is a multidisciplinary artist working across visual, lyrical, and musical art forms. Her visual practice centers around gestural mixed media collage and expressive line drawings. Within her work she explores the physical, spiritual, and psychological realms of existence.
sKiYYa is an alter ego, through which to explore the world through words and music. As a rap artist, storyteller and poet, she seeks to highlight the complexity of the world. Her writing is deeply introspective, rich in vivid imagery, sensory and often reminds of an abstract stream of consciousness style.
